I would like to recommend the air neck traction system I purchased from you about a year ago. It replaces two types of over the door weights and water bag kind I was using. One person can easily set it up. It can be used in any room and even while watching television, as long as the head and neck stay in the proper position.

I would also like to commend Neck Solutions for their great customer service department I lost a part and they were quick to come to my aid and get me the correct replacement part. I am just glad I bought from a company who cares about customers after the sale. Yours Truly, Bill

I have purchased the neck and back support for the car a few years back and recently bought the therapeutic neck pillow
(odd shaped one). Though at first (2 nights) it took some getting used to, I now have no neck pain 😀 It's been since October of 2010 (whiplash car accident) and after many attempts to get myself aligned, massaged, even supporting my own neck with my own two hands wherever I went...This pillow has saved me from my misery of spinal issues. I feel like going to chiropractors, massage therapists, and spinal companies to spread the word about the benefits of this pillow to those who suffer neck pain on a daily basis. Thank you so much for giving me a "normal" feeling neck! I absolutely love this pillow even though I bought it when unemployed and broke.

And the description of the terms, along with the term it describes, is a very good way to explain. Just wanted to thank you for your reply! I can understand!!! Haha also wanted to let you know that I have done all the conservative treatments available. I stretch constantly which helps, however it has made me very flexible over the years and because of this I am extremely hard to adjust. I still see a chiropractor regularly and take advantage of a decompression table too. I'm a hairdresser and have been having to use a chair (which I hate). Thanks again for your help and concern! I too hope I get some relief soon

Just wanted to say thank you for the shoulder exercises you posted on your website . I thought I was going to need a new shoulder , but after 2 days of doing your exercises I have shown nice improvement in my shoulder ie - the pain is 50% less and I finally am sleeping better. I had whiplash in 2010 from a car accident and suffered spinal issues that continue to give me chronic pain. After using your neck and back support in the car, my body felt 50% better. Thanks, Dr. Steve. You mentioned the thigh portion of numbness/tingling, I have that on my right leg. Uh oh! Your prompt response was fantastic.
