Shipping Policy: If you live within the Continental US:
Our shipping policy is we provide FREE SHIPPING to Continental US Residents Only. Some items may be shipped free to Alaska and Hawaii depending on weight, generally under 2 pounds. This excludes most pillows. We try to have pertinent shipping information on each product we offer directly on the page. Some items can be shipped to PO Boxes, however, street address should be provided whenever possible.
We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered. It is your responsibility to have the package delivered to a secure and correct address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error in your address, prior to your order shipping. Additional charges for any address correction while in transit will be your responsibility.
We cannot always add special delivery instructions or guarantee carrier compliance. It is your responsibility to have it delivered to a secure location. If delivery conditions are not favorable, please use a preferable location. At our discretion, a signature on delivery may be used for any item(s). If you need a different method of delivery than indicated or require signature delivery this must be requested by contacting us and may not be included with the free shipping.

We generally ship from California, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The orders are normally shipped from the closest warehouse to you, however this is dependent on product availability at that location.
International Shipping Policy
If you live outside the USA:
We do NOT provide International Shipping on the website. You must have a US address or use a shipping service with a US address to qualify for free shipping.
If there is a product you need that we offer and it is not available in your country, you may contact us prior to purchase and we will determine eligibility for location and provide shipping options. Please specify product and size when indicated.
