  Head Support Collar Replacement Covers

  The head support collar comes with a cover, but replacement covers are easy to clean and change out. It is common for those who get the standard collar cover in blue cloth for quicker shipping to later get a Lycra cover as a replacement or additional cover.

  Please note: Colors may vary slightly from picture; lighter or darker. CLOTH COVERS IN BLUE & BLACK ONLY. Like the collar, the covers are blue cloth standard and is the quickest method. Lycra and black cloth take about a week additional time.

  Canadian Collar

  An alternative to standard or other specialty collars, the Canadian Collar uses a low-profile and very adjustable design for both children and adults. Constructed of flexible but supportive tubes permitting wide range of motion of the head while allowing 360 degree support.

  The collar is most useful for things like Rheumatoid Arthritis (in the neck) or other conditions where correct head positioning gives pain relief. It is NOT designed to hold the entire weight of the head. The Headmaster Collar IS designed to hold the entire weight of the head.

  Canadian Collar Accessories

  The Canadian Collar Accessories provide additional support when needed. There are 3 different size chin pieces – the middle size or standard comes with the adult collar and the small size comes with the child collar.

  The Larger Chin piece accessory gives additional side support. Additionally, it may be utilized for support at the base of the head in the back. The Infant Chinpiece is available for pediatric ages from six months. The mid chin piece is the standard adult size.

  Additional tubes are available providing extra side support as well as customization for complicated cases. Additional tubes measure 2.5, 3 and 3.5 inches (6.3, 7.6 and 8.9 centimeters). Four additional T-Shape Connectors come with the add-on pack.
