Back Sleepers – 4 Support Options

Choose from one of the 4 neck roll supports that fits your neck and head the best. The center cradle gently supports the head for comfortable sleep. Simply increase or decrease the support amount by simply rotating the pillow to a smaller or larger neck roll. Increase cervical correction gradually by using the larger roll. If you experience increased neck pain, reduce support by using the smaller neck roll or a traditional pillow.

Side Sleepers – 2 Support Options

Larger side sleeping areas with 2 heights helps proper alignment of the spine by keeping the head level. Side surfaces have airflow channels that gently cushion the face and ear for best comfortable. It can take time to adjust to the a functional pillow and overuse may increase neck pain at first, so slowly ease your way into postural correction, alternating between your current and this to achieve best results.

Ultimate Pillow Instructions

Place the the smallest roll (A) under your neck and remain on the pillow for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat by rotating the pillow and trying the other 3 support rolls (B through D). When you find your ultimate comfort level, note the letter on the tag to ensure correct placement every time.

After the adjustment period you may increase the amount of neck support and cervical correction. Rotate the pillow to the next larger neck roll. This may require additional time to adjust, so try it first for short periods.
