Shipping Policy: If you live within the Continental US:

We provide FREE SHIPPING to Continental US Residents Only. Some items may be shipped free to Alaska and Hawaii as indicated below. We also provide free shipping to APO/FPO within any limits or restrictions. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you only have a PO Box, we can ship for an additional fee and extra time is required because they are shipped through a single warehouse location. For the quickest method, a street address should be provided.

We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered. It is your responsibility to have the package delivered to a secure and correct address. Contact us via email immediately if you notice an error in your address, prior to your order shipping. Additional charges for any address correction while in transit will be your responsibility. At our discretion, a signature on delivery may be used for any item(s).


Email is the quickest and most efficient way to get information regarding shipping. For questions, please email us with your transaction id, please do not call – the phone is for orders only.


We ship from California, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The orders are normally shipped from the closest warehouse to you, however this is dependent on product availability at that location.


Shipping Policy For Hawaii or Alaska

Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska for light items (2 pounds max) will be provided free. Shipping of heavier items will incur additional charges (most pillows). You may contact us for details regarding your shipping prior to placing your order.


International Shipping

If you live outside the USA:

We do NOT provide Free International Shipping. Please contact Customer Support for shipping cost prior to placing your order with the item(s) you wish to order including any details like size, along with your complete shipping information. We will send details including options regarding shipping charges. Once your shipping method is chosen, we will then invoice you for the total amount. Incorrect email contact will cause delays in shipping.


1) International Shipping Is Through UPS or USPS ONLY. Shipping is determined by weight and size of package. We are not responsible for any Custom, Duty and/or Tax Fees placed by your country or brokerage fees charged by the carrier – please check on your end to verify. Once the package is confirmed by tracking to arrive in your country, it is your responsibility to recover the package and, if returned, shipping fees are non-refundable.


2) We ask that you not place your order prior to inquiring about shipping.


* The international shipping cost must be prepaid by invoice prior to your order being shipped.


Please understand that we ship internationally as a courtesy. International shipping takes longer than domestic shipping due to the extent of paperwork that must be filed. Because only one warehouse ships international, there may be additional time shipping from the warehouse to the shipping location. We do not have an additional charge for the extra paperwork or handling for international orders, all we ask for is your cooperation and patience. We reserve the right not to ship to any country based on previous experience. Electronics are not shipped internationally
