Most people will suffer some neck pain at some point in their lives, and that may be down to falling asleep in a bad position which puts stress on the neck muscles, when they are supposed to be relaxed. There are many causes of neck pain, such as:

  • Collar – Never wear a neck collar, or something that restricts your neck mobility.

Sometimes the problem may never be diagnosed, and it will then just be a case of managing it by figuring out what makes it worse, and avoiding it. This can be a bit hit and miss, but if you keep notes it can help neck pain and its causes.
