If you live within the Continental US:

We provide free shipping to Continental US Residents Only. We also provide free shipping to APO/FPO through USPS only. PO Box orders will require a street shipping address or additional charges will apply.

Our Free Shipping is provided via FedEx and UPS Ground. We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered. Please have the package delivered to a secure address. Please verify that your shipping address is correct at the time of the order or contact us via email immediately if you notice an error in your address, prior to your order shipping. UPS/FEDEX charge $10.00 for any address correction and this charge will be your responsibility when notified by UPS/FEDEX, usually within one week after shipping. Orders over $200.00 require signature.

Email is the quickest and most efficient way to get information regarding shipping. If you have questions regarding the shipment of your order, please email us with your transaction id, please do not call - the phone is for orders only.

We ship from California, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The orders are normally shipped from the closest warehouse to you, however this is dependent on product availability at that location.

If you live outside the Continental US:

1) We do NOT provide Free International Shipping. Please contact Customer Support for shipping cost prior to placing your order. Please include the item(s) you wish to order, along with your complete shipping info and we will send details regarding shipping options and costs. You can choose the best option for you and we will invoice you for the total amount.

2) If you place your order prior to contacting us, you will be invoiced the shipping cost through PayPal separately. Please make sure your email contact is correct and up to date when ordering to avoid delays in shipping.

* The international shipping cost must be prepaid by invoice prior to your order being shipped.

Our International, APO/FPO, Hawaii and Alaska shipping is provided via USPS.

For International Shipping, we are not responsible for any Custom and/or Duty Fees placed by your country.
