The Neck Station comes fully assembled with cushioned neck and head rest covers. The neck rest provides 4 levels of stretching for beginning, intermediate and advanced users. The head rest also provides 4 levels of stretching, ranging from the least to the most amount of stretching. As each level becomes comfortable, you may advance to the next step.

The Neck Station was developed by a leading healthcare professional to provide the best results for stretching to relieve stress in the neck and relax tight muscles. With a variety of adjustment levels, it can be used to stretch muscles, perform strengthening exercises and provide extension traction to assist in restoring the natural neck curve and posture.
In the position pictured here, the levels are set for maximum neck traction in the extension position and this can be achieved comfortably and at gradual levels to assist in the restoring of the natural curve of the cervical spine.
